What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
This is a follow up to The Talking Dog Detective Agency series, which I originally wrote because readers asked me to set a series in Indiana. This particular book incorporates my experience with the local humane society, plus allows my own dog a cameo role.

How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Some of the names of the characters are based on people I know, while their traits, appearance, and behavior is strictly fictional.
