What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
This book was inspired by Sara Hazel’s love for a certain fake heiress. A group of 5 authors got together to imagine other ways people could have adventures — and find love — by faking it.

How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
The characters came from the feeling we all have in middle age that maybe life has passed us by and we missed some fun adventures. I created a woman who was forty and bored but her life gets spiced up thanks to mistaken identity and a hunky detective.
