Humphry Knipe is a graduate of Rhodes University, South Africa. He is co-author of The Dominant Man (Delacorte 1972), a study of animal and human “pecking orders” which has been translated into five languages. His historical novel The Nero Prediction, a re-evaluation of Rome’s notorious emperor, won the 2006 IP “Best Historical Novel” award.
