Steve has led or participated in wilderness expeditions for over 35 years on 7 continents including climbing the “Seven Summits.” For the last 13 years, through his own company, he has acted as an international leadership development coach and consultant in 18 countries. Prior to that held leadership positions inside global high-tech companies. He has served in the Australian and New Zealand Armies, as an Outward Bound Instructor in Australia and the U.S.A. and on Search and Rescue Teams in Australia and The U.S.A. Steve has a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems Design.
