Are your Posts Up to Date? Plus Black Friday and Cyber Monday Ad Special

With the holiday shopping season starting to ramp up it's a good time
to head over to BookGoodies.com and check on your posts. Go to
the top of any page and do a search on your name and see what comes
up. Do you have an author interview? Do you have a permanent book
post? Are there outdated promotional posts for your books?
Come comment on any posts that need to be removed by asking for it
to be removed. Don't email us, just comment on the post. All
comments are moderated so the world won't see it.
The same with books that need updated covers or links. If your
book post has dead links please comment with the right links or that
the cover needs updating and we will go get the link to your new
cover. Again, don't email us, that just makes for extra steps. Go
find your posts and comment on them with any changes. Please
don't email us with "Change all this to this" :)

Author interviews are not about books, they are about you the author.
The more complete and interesting interviews will be included
in books of author interviews with tips for authors that we will
be publishing in 2015.
Author interviews and book posts that aren't filled out well will
not get the extra attention that we are planning for 2015. If you
have a book post that is well written with a good excerpt and author
bio, your posts may be chosen for inclusion in special advertising.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday/Tuesday (and beyond) Ad Special
November 28, 2014 is Black Friday, the biggest retail shopping day
in the US. People are starting their holiday shopping and do not
limit themselves to physical stores any more. Online shopping will
continue and heighten through Wednesday December 10th. Cyber Monday
and Tuesday are included in this period of time, even though they
may be different dates than what you will hear in the media.

Ads are only going to be accepted through November 15th, newsletter
subscribers can get $10 off if you purchase by November 5th. We
are also only taking a limited number of ads so it will be first

Impulse buys will continue through Christmas. After Christmas
there will be shoppers looking to redeem Gift Cards and spend money
they were given for the Holidays. You can advertise both your
print books and eBooks.

first two weeks or going all in and advertising for 5 weeks. This
block of ads will be on the BookGoodies Home Page and will also be
placed on other sites in the BookGoodies Network as appropriate -
these are included in the price.
