Help Us Help You
We want to spend our time promoting your books, not making corrections and having to email back and forth for more information. Here are some tips on how to make your promotion or book post the best it can be:

Get your Book Details and Cover Ready
Some of our forms ask for very little information but some are more detailed. The more detailed forms make it so readers can make a better decision about clicking to buy your book. The shorter forms are to get people to just quickly go to your book sales page where you are then in charge of making the sale. At the very least we need your book cover, your title and your pen name, and a description of your book.

Cover
Please name the image of your book cover with the title of your book, removing the spaces between the words. This helps in numerous ways but most importantly it makes sure the right cover is shown with your post.

Title and Author Name
This might seem obvious but you would be surprised how much of this we have to take time to fix. PLEASE always type your book title in normal title case and not in all caps. Same with your name - what you type is what goes on your post and with some posts is automatically inserted into other places in the post. So if you type in the form "deborah carney" then that is how it looks. Either I see it and fix it or it goes up that way and honestly sometimes we miss it. Not very professional looking. So type your name the way it should be displayed: Deborah Carney. You can save me time and you look good.

Description
This, plus your book cover, is where you entice people to click that buy link. It doesn't need to be the same as what is on your bookseller sales page. Use this space to tell people what your book is about. There are entire books written on how to write a good book description. I don't know what your book is about, I can't fix a description that isn't accurate.

Fill in All the Blanks
Some of our forms ask for more book details including a sample from your book. The more you give us, the more complete your form is filled out, the better chance your book post will be found in the search engines. The "Look Inside the Book" feature on the Amazon website isn't shown on mobile devices, nor is it spidered by the search engines. But on OUR sites it is available for people to read to get an idea of what your book is about AND it will show up in search engines so more readers can find you as an author and get to know your style and voice. The same goes for the extra author information some of our forms ask for. You want something that makes you relatable to readers. Give them a reason to want to read your book.

Book Link
We do allow more links than just your Amazon link but please be careful what you are copying and pasting into the link box. If we ask for just the Amazon ASIN please just put that and not the whole Amazon link. It's right there on your book details page. When you paste a whole link, be sure to include the http or https part. 

Applying a Coupon Code
Some authors have problems with our coupon codes so I'm hoping this will help: When you put a coupon code on any of our forms there is an APPLY button next to the coupon field. This might be hard to find if you are making your submission on mobile so please be sure to look for it and click on it. After you click the APPLY button under it will be an updated total for your ad. It will show the coupon code and the percentage deducted - that is how you know the coupon has been applied and when you are sent over to PayPal it will be the total in that TOTAL field. Check on this total before you click submit! The amount in that box will be what you are asked to pay when you log into PayPal.

If you are someone that needs an alternative to PayPal to make your payment I have Venmo as an option. You can reply to your confirmation email that will be sent after you submit your ad even if you didn't complete the PayPal transaction. Be sure to check your spam or junk email box for the confirmation email. You can then reply to that and ask me to send you a Venmo request or a PayPal invoice that can be paid without a Paypal account. You don't need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card. Please note that when you are sent to PayPal and it asks you to log in, there is a small link to make a payment with a credit or debit card WITHOUT using a PayPal account.
