Helpful Hints for Authors

1. Every ad on every site has a confirmation email that is sent to you after you hit submit whether you complete a payment or not. This confirmation email goes to the email address you enter on the form. If you do NOT get a confirmation email within minutes of completing a submission or ad listing - first check your spam folder. If you still don't have it then you probably gave us an incorrect email address.

2. Every ad and listing on all of our sites (except the Author Ad Network) will send you an email when your book post or interview submission is posted to our site. The only thing that would prevent this is once again if the email address you entered on the form was invalid.

3. If you didn't get a confirmation, but you did go to PayPal and complete a purchase then it is likely your email address contains a typo. If you use the contact us form to ask about an ad or submission we need you to give us the website you submitted to, the book title, the author name on the book, the type of ad and the date it is supposed to run. Contact forms that say "Is my book all set" with any of the other information is useless to us and we will have to then ask for the information. Be prepared to provide it up front and we can help you better.

4. If you hit submit and were not taken to PayPal then your internet connection was most likely interrupted and we didn't get your submission. If you get a confirmation without paying, please reply to the confirmation and request a PayPal invoice or an invoice that can be paid via credit or debit card without PayPal.
