You can use it on Mega Submit Prepay if you aren't ready to advertise but would like to take advantage of the discount. Also note it will take the extra discount off the already discounted multiple ad options on the prepay form. 

If you have ANY issues submitting a book to our sites PLEASE let us know - apparently there are some tech gremlins and we need to chase them down. The issues don't appear to be consistent so we need to know if you try and submit a book and it gives you an error.
