About the Author
John Dreese grew up in Ohio during the 1970’s and 1980’s, the son of a professor and a school office manager. Having fallen in love with airplanes at age seven, he went on to earn a masters degree in aerospace engineering and then work in both the defense industry and now the private industry. As an aerospace engineer from a big family, he has always enjoyed stories that mix family dynamics and cutting edge technology. He draws on both of these to bring you the intertwined storylines in his debut novel Red Hope. This story follows the saga of several characters who get caught up in the excitement when fossils are found on Mars. Red Hope explores how far a man will go to provide for his family even if it takes him to the edge of both the solar system and morality.
