Hi, my name is Denniger Bolton and you might know me from my popular mystery novels set in Austin, Texas. I mostly hang out on the Fiction side of Kindle in the Mystery and Thriller section, but this book is a new adventure for me. I’m not really a fitness guru type, but just a regular guy who stumbled upon a weight loss program that actually works! What I’ve done is to take three different weight loss methods and combine them into one, figuring heck, if I’m going to get this dang thing to work, I’m going to really go for it. I knocked off an incredible amount of weight, have gotten healthier and can actually call myself fit. And as the title suggests, you don’t have join up and haul yourself to the gym, don’t have to order tasteless meals from Jenny, etc, and forget about those pills that probably aren’t good for you anyway.
