When sixteen-year-old Lillie Hart meets the gorgeous and mysterious Tom Windsor-Smith for the first time, it’s like fireworks—for her, anyway. Tom looks as if he’d be more interested in watching paint dry; as if he’s bored by her and by her small Nebraskan town in general.
But as Lillie begins to break down the walls of his seemingly impenetrable exterior, she starts to suspect that he holds the answers to her reoccurring nightmares and to the impossible memories which keep bubbling to the surface of her mind—memories of the two of them, together and in love.
When she at last learns the truth about their connection, Lillie discovers that Tom’s been hiding an earth-shattering secret; a secret that’s bigger—and much more terrifying and beautiful—than the both of them. She also discovers that once you finally understand that the world is round, there’s no way to make it flat again.
An epic and deeply original sci-fi romance, taking inspiration from Albert Einstein’s theories and the world-bending wonder of true love itself.

Hi. Just thought I’d tell you I’m having a book promotion for my erotic, very dark, humorous thriller The Dangerous Path of Loving Jaesha which will be discounted to $1.99 from January 5 through January 12, 2015 on Amazon. Here’s the blurb:
[Wicked Warning: Though a love story with a positive ending, this novel contains graphic scenes of sex and violence.]
Logical. Efficient. The way he wants it.
That’s what successful businessman Kenneth Stone confidently believes of his life as he strides into the studio of Jaesha Hampstead to get his regrettably slashed girlfriend-departed portrait restored. But dang! Before Kenneth knows it he’s posing in his office for Jaesha to create a new one.
When Kenneth’s financial advisor arrives and Jaesha shrieks like a banshee moaning that the man is there to rip Kenneth off millions in a Ponzi scheme, Kenneth discovers there’s a whole lot more to Jaesha than just paintbrushes. And that whole lot more would make a mighty fine business asset. Moreover, Kenneth Stone has a secret little talent of his own, a secret that could bind Jaesha to him regardless of her feelings on the matter.
Kenneth crafts a brilliant plan for the seduction of his little Picasso not knowing that while he may be a born boss, Jaesha is a born saboteur.
The Dangerous Path of Loving Jaesha is 85,000 words long and is written in the genres of magical realism/humor/erotic romance and is intended for an adult reader.
Author Bio:
Lorain O’Neil is the author of Coquina Hard [Historical Fiction Standalone], Alien Advantage [Humorous Adventure Standalone], The Dangerous Path of Loving Jaesha [Very Dark Erotic Humorous Standalone Thriller], Angelique Rising [Humorous Standalone Dark Thriller], A Kiss From Moët [Humorous Paranormal Standalone Romance], The Liar Charms [Humorous Standalone Thriller], and co-author of Bedmonsters are Cool [Humorous Standalone Fantasy], all available on Amazon.

Like many Americans of the “Greatest Generation,” as soon as Vincent J. Riccio heard about the attack on Pearl Harbor he wanted to enlist in the military. This short memoir recounts his experiences in the United States Army Air Corps as an Instrument Technician, Aviation Cadet, and Flight Engineer in World War II. It describes his escapades during training and deployment, the missions flown over Germany, the fateful events that led to his captivity as a POW in Stalag Luft IV, and the long road to his eventual return home. Presented in Riccio’s own words, it is the story of a fun-loving and patriotic guy, who, despite the difficult aspects of his military service, managed to recognize the humanity in the people he encountered on both sides of the conflict.

This book is bargain priced from 01/08/2015 until 01/14/2015 in US and UK. Price is: 3.99 and 0.99 – 1.99 – 2.99

The first recorded Europeans to cross the Mississippi River reached the western shore on June 18, 1541. Hernando de Soto and his army of three-hundred-fifty conquistadors spent the next year and half conquering the nations in the fertile flood plains of eastern Arkansas.
Three surviving 16th century journals, written during the expedition, detailed a complex array of twelve different nations. Each had separate beliefs, languages and interconnected villages with capital towns, comparably in size to European cities of the time. Through these densely populated sites, the Spanish carried a host of deadly old-world diseases, a powerful new religion and war.
One-hundred cold winters passed since that first encounter. Manaha, Mother-of-None, steps before the village fire. Rejecting taboos long held by her small tribe of survivors, the old woman demands that the children be allowed to hear stories and the truth about their abandoned homeland, decimated by the time the conquistadors departed. Before Manaha can finish her first story, the fire is doused, and her young listeners are frightened into the shadows. Tribal elders threaten and friends shun Manaha, but she refuses to stop telling. She knows, the only hope that the unique history and stories, the last remaining essence of a forgotten people, will survive lies with one unlikely Storykeeper.
Author Bio:
Daniel grew up in Arkansas. In his youth, he worked for his father, riding in an old Studebaker pick-up around the state servicing refrigeration units in tourist courts and small country stores. Years later, Daniel traveled some of those same back roads for his own business, repairing and installing sound systems.
For the first time, he began to notice the amazing number of ancient earthworks that covered the state and realized he knew very little about who built them; when or why. What began as an observation grew to a driving curiosity to research historical documents and the state’s vast archeological findings. The untold stories and lost history, all around him, inspired Daniel’s debut novel, “Storykeeper.”
Smith began his artistic career as a professional audio engineer. For over thirty-five years, he crossed the country, providing sound engineering services for all types of events from outdoor music festivals, concerts, and political rallies to lectures. A parcel list of celebrities Smith worked with includes numerous dignitaries such as Presidents: Ronald Reagan, George H. Bush, William Jefferson Clinton, and George W. Bush, also Bob Hope, Colin Powell, Paul Harvey, Martha Stewart, and Dr. Ruth, and wide variety of entertainers, including, Kris Kristofferson, Alice Cooper, Dolly Parton, Steve Martin, Allman Brothers Band, Jimmy Buffet, Barbara Mandrell, Ray Charles, Rebra McEntire, Dizzy Gillespie, Iron Butterfly, Dave Brubeck Quartet and Willie Nelson.

While searching for the missing link among the mammal life in planet Tartarus, Exobiologist Jules Rammis finds a lot more than what he was searching for among the great reptiles of this primal world. Deep beneath the surface, a spectacular culture of intelligent life forms quietly roams the sunken seas.
After walking into the lair of a demented member of the species, out to destroy humankind and intending to use Jules as his weapon, our protagonist finds himself in a battle against an enemy with staggering telepathic powers and the ability to destroy whole worlds, even Earth. Will he prevail, or succumb when pitted against these impossible odds?
Author Bio:
I’ve always loved the ocean, and science fiction. I discovered the world beneath the surface when my brother gave me a plastic mask and fins for my seventeenth birthday and the dirty waters and small brown fish of Brooklyn’s Sheepshead Bay lifted veils to another world at our doorstep. Science fiction did the same for my imagination.

When Adam and Isobel find themselves pursued by faceless, unknown men, they have two choices: to run, or to turn and fight for their lives.
Imagine a world where media companies hack into personal communications at will, in search of their next headline. A world of politicians lining their pockets with falsified expense claims, and crooked practices operating within the police force. Where government contracts can be bought and sold by those that have the Prime Minister’s ear, and where banks and corporations make millions at the expense of the man in the street.
A Plague of Dissent is a story of greed and corruption. Riots and civil unrest are turning the country upside down, and a small group of men are attempting to use this spreading anarchy to further their own agendas.
Adam, along with his girlfriend Isobel and his brother Dan, find themselves dragged into this nightmare scenario. They are pursued by faceless men who believe they are party to information that could compromise their mission. They soon realize they have two choices: to run, or to turn and fight for their lives.
Author Bio:
Nic grew up in Penzance, Cornwall and spent these formative years either hanging out on the beach surfing and diving or taking photographs. At the age of twenty he talked himself into a job as an architectural assistant with a prestigious practice in London and spent the next seven years designing banks and partying in the city. By the age of twenty seven, the wander lust hit him and he headed off to Montego Bay in Jamaica, there he both ran a diving school and freelanced as an architect for hoteliers. For five years he managed to keep this up and himself narrowly out of trouble. Until after one too many close calls, he decided it was time to leave. He boarded a plane and headed for Singapore to visit a Singaporean girl he’d got to know. Singapore or more pointedly the Singaporean girl managed to calm Nic down, somewhat, and for a dozen years he based himself out off Singapore working in various fields. He taught diving and escorted dive parties to remote locations throughout the South China Sea, the Indian Ocean and the Indonesian archipelago. He designed the odd hotel or two in the Maldives and Thailand and expanded his photographic repertoire to become one of the foremost photographers in the region. He also diversified, into the moving picture industry to eventually shoot several short films and documentaries including Burning Earth for the Discovery Channel. Where he spent many weeks camped out in the burning jungles of Borneo and hung out of helicopters with a camera on his shoulder. Nic now spends his time equally divided between his research, his architectural design practice and the Plymstock Albion Oaks Rugby Club, where he coaches the Under 15’s, runs several projects including coaching rugby to the disabled, and using rugby as social inclusion vehicle to get kids off the streets. And his writing; his first book “A Plague of Dissent” was published in early 2013 and he is presently working on the sequel to A Plague Of Dissent, Gaia’s Warriors. In addition he is working two other titles, The Hope and The Blogger.

Countdown starts 01/11/2015 and ends 01/13/2015 in United States only. Price: $.99
About the book:
Equal parts history and mystery, romance and hero’s journey, this is a good old-fashioned Texas tale with a twist. Sargent revisits Texas in the late 19th century, when the West began and Texas was in a border conflict with Mexico. But in this story, the hero is Hispanic.
The author asks us to cast aside what we know about identity and the history and mythology we’ve been taught. Ride along with the young Juan Miguel as he uses every guise and all his courage to win back his fortune, his good name, and his lost love. Deprived unjustly of his birthright by ambitious Anglo ranchers, the son of the wealthiest Tejano in Texas is spurred on by a forbidden passion for the woman who is married to one of those ranchers.
Handsome, loyal, brave, and cunning, this caballero reinvents himself over and over and becomes a Hispanic hero for the ages.

My name is Bill and I can see the future.
It’s a gift, a curse, and also a career.
It’s my day job to read peoples futures and then desperately try and tell them something positive about it. See, people think the future will be a lot better than current evidence would suggest. People think they will be happier, more successful, richer and more content – people think the future holds all the answers and that their dreams will come true someday.
I can see the future and this is rarely the case.
Then one day I see a bomb site – I see corpses – I see hundreds of innocent people slaughtered in a shopping mall using a huge homemade bomb. I see all of this in the future of Phillip Green; the middle aged, mild mannered, overweight and balding insurance manager.
I see all of this but I can’t tell anyone because nobody believes you when you claim to see the future.
So it’s left to me, my loyal canine companion, and my on / off again girlfriend to stop him – or at least convince somebody to listen.

Though their fame became legend, a rumor cropped up about the Fulmer family: Something terrifying stalked Caitlin and her beloved Trevor. Something the bits and pieces she left claimed she had to make sense of. When the curator of their collection finds Caitlin’s long forgotten diary, she wonders will it tell the whole tale? Will it tell why Caitlin seemed so determined to tell the difference between reality and nightmare? Why she thought herself a witch?
What will the holidays hold for Caitlin? Perhaps the answer lies between the lines of her story, one of lessons, struggles, and hopes for each new year.
