About the Book
In her quest to find a cure for the disease that killed her father, Rhayne Drake accepts a position as a researcher on a remote space station. Once in orbit around Saturn, she uncovers the true intent of the study: the ruling political party plans to use her research to kill, instead of cure, anyone carrying the genetic marker for the disease. Including Rhayne herself.
Griffin Cooper, the station’s recreation manager, is charmed when he meets Rhayne. First he saved her from death by cargo-mover. Now he’ll fight to save her from a worse fate.
Set against a Saturnalia, a winter holiday festival, Rhayne and Griffin must find a way to defeat the political Coalition’s sinister plot before it’s too late.

Like a richly woven bridal sari, The Chrysalis unfolds with vivid colorfulness, intricate details, and unexpected delight, along with plenty of wrinkles and creases. As Sarai traverses the fine line between honoring her Indian heritage and being true to her own Western mindset, her story unveils the kaleidoscope of human emotion from ecstasy to heartbreak to triumph, along with every nuance in between.
What begins with a story of a young Indian girl facing the pressures of an arranged marriage quickly crescendos into a complex and layered story about family, love, friendship, and ultimately, about life itself—a realization that Life is truly a journey…

About the Author:
Like many first generation Indians, Bindu started college as a pre-med student but eventually diverted from the traditional well-worn path and pursued her love of books and writing. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree (courtesy of all those pre-med classes) and double majors in English and Mass Media, along with a host of accolades, including the President’s Award. She later pursued a master’s degree in English, but her strong writing and people skills eventually led her towards a very non-literary career path in the software industry. But it was in the midst of the daily 9 to 5 grind where she reconnected with her early love of writing and eventually completed her first novel The Chrysalis, along with 38 Candles, a personal memoir which describes the rediscovery of her dream to write a novel and her journey to publication.
Although Bindu currently lives in sunny South Florida, she is still known to say “y’all” with a strong southern drawl, a dead-giveaway of her early Texas roots. An avid chai and coffee connoisseur, she loves discovering new coffee houses and browsing in bookstores. She is currently working on her next novel, Almost Paradise: Book 1 of The Garden of Eden, a serialized Young Adult (YA) novel.

Hey … I’m Ned Herts. But you can call me Ned the Nerd. No, really … I don’t mind. My hobbies include: video games, comic books, creating superhero characters, bringing home awesome grades, tumbling into school lockers, and handing over my lunch money. Talents? Well, I have mastered the art of duck-and-cover while steering clear of Beck the Bonebreaker, my personal bully. Unfortunately, a super-bad school day involving a paper cut causes my parents to flip: They drag me to a karate class to toughen up.
Let me tell you something: When a guy like me lines up next to a cute girl to face his very first workout at the mercy of a weapons-happy martial arts teacher, it’s not pretty. But when a guy like me gets hauled into the woods in the middle of the night for another lesson, he’s going to wonder if superheroes can really exist and if his uncoordinated feet have just been placed on a very strange path.

It was a simple job, keep surveillance on the minister’s wife until she went safely to bed. Then all hell broke loose.
The death of Katherine Delp, wife of Chicago’s most beloved televangelist, is only the beginning. Someone is homiciding their way through the congregation of the Temple of Majesty Church.
Thanks to his eager and awkward young secretary, private eye Nod Blake, an aging throwback to a by-gone era of detecting on the mean streets, a dinosaur who never got the memo he was extinct, who sometimes thinks he’s Bogart, George Raft, and Lee Marvin rolled into one, has been dumped in the middle of it all, on his head. The resulting injuries have somehow opened the door to the hereafter. Dead people, Blake believes, are talking to him. Are the victims really begging the last gumshoe for help from the other side of the grave? Is he hallucinating? Or has he lost his friggin’ mind? When his nemesis, Detective Lieutenant Wenders finds evidence Blake is the murderer, the private dick’s life becomes a great big soup sandwich.
Corpses Say the Darndest Things is a paranormal murder mystery with a sly sense of humor, set in 1979 Chicago where a maniacal killer on the loose in The Windy City… is the good news.
Author Bio:
The last, quite possibly the least, Renaissance man, Doug Lamoreux (a father of three strong men and a grandfather), a lifelong horror film fan and child of Famous Monsters of Filmland magazine, recognized his incompatibility with the rest of the world – and gave it all up to act and write. He appeared in Mark Anthony Vadik’s The Thirsting (aka Lilith) and Hag. He starred in Peter O’Keefe’s Infidel and Boris Wexler’s The Arab. All interspersed with forty years in theater (during which he fell off the stage twice). Now he writes swell horror novels. The first-ever Igor Award recipient from The Horror Society, Doug is also a former Rondo Award nominee, and his novel, Dracula’s Demeter, was a 2012 Lord Ruthven Award nominee for fiction.

What if you could evolve in a moment? What if you had the power to change the genetic future of your loved ones and the people they become – simply by the way you live your life? When neuroscientist Daniel Hayden’s father dies, such thoughts begin to erode his very sanity, with the growing fear that he might share a dark secret buried deep in his family’s past – a past he is about to relive. The idea only seems to gain credibility from the bizarre results coming from his own laboratory, forcing Daniel to resurrect the discredited theories of an eighteenth century naturalist in the process. Was Daniel’s fate sealed all those years ago? Has he been betrayed by his own DNA? Antisense combines literary fiction with the sharp, crisp prose and pace of the best suspense novels. The author’s insight into medical science and how it might inform the nature of human behaviour is all the more compelling because it is based on real science. It’s not a whodunit, but a whydunit. Not science fiction, but fiction with real science woven through it. A thought provoking and enigmatic work.
About the Author
R.P. Marshall writes novels that combine elements of literary fiction with psychological suspense. Drawing upon his years of experience as a doctor of science and medicine, he weaves scientific fact into compelling fiction, exploring literary themes, yet with the crisp prose and pace of the best thrillers.
Writing for Richard has always been a strong part of both his working and private life, with his skills originally honed writing medical texts and journal papers.
His first novel, Antisense, explores the nature of what makes us the people we become, seen through the eyes of scientist Daniel Hayden. As his world slowly crumbles, he starts to see a connection between the data coming from his laboratory and the unfolding secrets in his family’s past.

Seth Rogan was a bad spy. That’s because he wasn’t a spy at all. Just a guy trying to do the right thing. As a biologist for the largest biotech company in the world, he had a great job, and enjoyed all the perks. But when asked to do some tests on the company’s genetically engineered (GMO) foods, he uncovered secrets that entangled him in a web of corruption, fraud and conspiracy that he wanted no part of, but could not escape from. In an espionage story of mystery and suspense so true to life it could almost be from today’s newspapers, Seth, having bit the hand who fed him, is on the run from CIA, the FBI, and the full overreaching strength of the United States government, like Jason Bourne meets Mission Impossible, charged with espionage, who finds temporary refuge with an old enemy-Russia. But his peace is about to be broken as he finds himself in the role of an involuntary spy.
Author Bio:
Kenneth Gordon Eade is an American environmental activist, author and lawyer, best known for his legal and political thrillers. Eade’s first bestseller on Amazon.com was “An Involuntary Spy,” a fictional spy thriller that critics have said has broken wide open the GMO controversy. The story follows a rogue scientist working for an American biotech firm who goes on the run from authorities after stealing information from his employer which proves government collusion and a cover-up of fraud surrounding the dangers of the company’s genetically engineered foods.
His second novel, “Predatory Kill,” tackled the big banks, and is the first of a legal thriller series in which the series character, lawyer Brent Marks, tackles a wrongful foreclosure lawsuit against a major bank that turns into a murder investigation.
His third novel, “A Patriot’s Act,” has been acclaimed as fast-paced, well-written legal thriller dealing with negative consequences of the Patriot Act, and is a prequel in the Brent Marks Legal Thriller Series, which matches Marks against the United States government, in an attempt to free a naturalized U.S. citizen from detention at Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp.
Kenneth Eade attended the Honors Program at El Camino Real High School, which allowed him to attend classes at Los Angeles Pierce College at the age of 15. By the time he graduated from high school in 1975, he had amassed over two years of transferable credits. He graduated from California State University, Northridge, before attending Southwestern Law School, where he graduated in 1980 the youngest member of his class. After Southwestern, he practiced civil and criminal law for about a decade, then went into business law with an emphasis on securities law, and civil litigation.
In 2011, Eade began writing opinion pieces for the Los Angeles Daily Journal. Two of the articles centered on the subject of the unconstitutionality of the now defunct Monsanto Protection Act, and the dangers of genetically modified foods and neonicitinoid pesticides and their adverse effect on bees. This led to his first book, the non-fiction work, “Bless the Bees: The Pending Extinction of our Pollinators and What You Can Do to Stop It” in 2013, as well as the children’s book, “Bee See: Who are our Pollinators and Why are They in Trouble?”

#1 Amazon bestseller in Sword & Sorcery (2014)
A brand new epic fantasy adventure!
Orphan, thief, healer, demon slayer…..What else will she become?
Sapphyre has always known she has some innate magical ability, but being an orphan growing up on the streets, she is both unaware of where it comes from or how to control it. For the last two winters she has served ale and food in the Dragon’s Flagon and until this evening, it has been rather uneventful. The stranger with the yellow eyes has accumulated a large stack of coin at the dice game and has attracted much attention. Sapphyre notices that with each winning roll, what looks like a tattoo of a cat’s eye lights up on the man’s neck. Glancing around the table, she is shocked to see that no one else can see it.
Sapphyre learns the stranger’s name, and listens to his tale the following day. Ashcon explains that he is a runestar, a defender of the light and the stars. He has runes, not tattoos, all over his body, that enable him certain powers. The runes can only be seen when he activates them, and even then only by extremely powerful practitioners of magic. Ashcon asks Sapphyre to join him and his companion Skken in the search for a man named Sorenthor, who will be able to determine why she can see his runes and from where her magic hails.
The first book in this epic fantasy series follows Sapphyre and her companions as they attempt to reach Sorenthor’s Library in the hopes of finding answers for Sapphyre, as to her true heritage. The meeting between Ashcon and Sapphyre has put into play ancient prophecies. The followers of the Zagador, the Dark Gods, led by Ashcon’s brother Drak’thonn, are spurred into motion and will stop at nothing to track down and destroy Ashcon and his companions, and plunge the world into Eternal Night.

When she has another vision similar to the first, except this time she sees a pentagram in the vision, she again contacts the police and learns that cult activity is heavy in the area, and that the woman in the second vision was murdered as well.

Studio Relations by Georgie Lee
Hollywood, 1935
Vivien Howard hasn’t forgiven Weston Holmes for almost derailing her career five years ago. Female directors in 1930s Hollywood are few and far between, and a man who coasts by on his good looks and family connections can’t possibly appreciate what it took for her to get to where she is. But when the studio head puts Weston in charge of overseeing Vivien’s ambitious Civil War film, she realizes she has a choice: make nice with her charismatic new boss or watch a replacement director destroy her dream.
Weston Holmes doesn’t know much about making movies, but he knows plenty about money. And thanks to the Depression, ticket sales are dangerously low. The studio can’t afford a flop—or bad press, which is exactly what threatens to unfold when an innocent encounter between Weston and Vivien is misconstrued by the gossip rags. The only solution? A marriage of convenience that will force the bickering duo into an unlikely alliance—and guide them to their own happy Hollywood ending.

Author Bio:
If taking a college fencing class, eating from the trash can, and smelling like an animal were qualifications for becoming a sword-swinging barbarian, J. D. Brink might be Conan’s protégé. But since that career path seemed less than promising, he has instead been a sailor, spy, nurse, and officer in the U.S. Navy, as well as a gravedigger, insurance adjuster, and school teacher in civilian life. Today (fall, 2014) he and his family live in Japan, where he’s providing a bad example for all Americans. In his writing, as in life, Mr. Brink enjoys dabbling in multiple genres.

About the Author:
Elmer Seward was born and raised along the Chesapeake Bay in southeast Virginia. Growing up, the cemetery behind his house was his playground. The metaphorical theme of death and rebirth that figures prominently in his novels is probably influenced in some way by the time that his mother heard, through the screened window, a small voice crying for help. Rushing from the house and through the yard, she discovered her all-too-curious six-year-old son at the bottom of a freshly dug grave. In that moment, he discovered that trouble is much easier to get into than it is to get out of. Sometimes we need help getting out of the hole that we jump into willingly.
He is blessed to have a blended family of six children and four grandchildren. He is also the reluctant servant of two crazy dogs, a Maltese and a Japanese Chin. All of these strongly influence the characters and events in his novels; however, his beautiful wife, Mitzi, is the true inspiration for the tender hearted but determined women in his stories.

About the Author:
Jamie Ayres writes young adult paranormal love stories by night and teaches young adults as a public school teacher by day.
When not at home on her laptop or at school, she can often be found at a local book store grabbing random children and reading to them. So far, she has not been arrested for this.
She lives in southwest Florida with her prince charming, two children (sometimes three based on how Mr. Ayres is acting), and a basset hound. She spent her youthful summers in Grand Haven, Michigan and this setting provided the inspiration for her debut novel, 18 Things.
She really does have grandmothers named Olga and Gay but unlike her heroine, she’s thankfully not named after either one of them. She loves lazy pajama days, the first page of a good book, stupid funny movies, and sharing stories with fantastic people like you. Visit her website at www.jamieayres.com

About the book:
Bestselling author AFN Clarke wrote “An Unquiet American” in 2007-2008. The explosive revelations released by the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence in December 2014 concerning CIA Black Sites and extreme torture during the Bush Administration, makes this powerful, provocative and eerily prophetic novel an even more incredible “must read” of our times.
Rufus Reed, ex-British Special Forces, is drugged, kidnapped, falsely accused of terrorism and “disappeared” to a secret CIA “Black Site” in Northern Europe. He’s to be broken “by any means possible”. But nothing is quite what it seems, and Reed is no ordinary prisoner. He was trained in counterterrorism and psychological warfare, and as he engages with his captors they develop a growing respect for his intelligence, level headedness and humanity. As doubts about his guilt grow, so does the horrifying possibility that they’re all just pawns in a larger, more insidious game being played out by right wing extremists at the highest levels of the US government, conspiring to ensure “their man” wins the Presidency of the United States. A game that makes not just Reed, but all of them expendable!
But could “their own” really betray them? As they grapple with the unthinkable, the moves and countermoves of competing forces explode onto the world stage. From a small Irish village to the Port of Al-Aqabah, the White House to the Israeli Knesset, the CIA Black Site to top echelons of the Vatican, events escalate at an unnerving pace until a mind-bending twist propels the action to a dramatic and unexpected conclusion.
Drawing on the author’s own experiences in the military and as the son of a British MI6 operative living in different countries, cultures and political systems around the world, this “controversial”, “politically provocative”, “can’t put the book down” literary thriller tackles highly controversial issues and disturbing decisions in history from 1948 to the present, the far reaching consequences of which, we are still dealing with today.
AFN Clarke is the bestselling author of the memoir “Contact” and 7 works of fiction to date.

In an energy-starved future, Richard Hampton’s world is blown apart when his younger brother Danny disappears and the police are too busy trying to keep a lid on a hungry, overcrowded city to search for him.
Richard has to make the transformation from bookish nerd to street-smart warrior to survive when he jumps the ‘Food Train’ for the disintegrating suburbs in a desperate search for Danny and his dog, Zonk.
Branded a criminal by a community of outcasts and condemned to death, Richard is rescued by streetwise Carrie, who joins in his search. As they trek across the remnants of the suburbia, facing criminal gangs, renegade militias, and the hardships of the road, their friendship evolves into something more.
The trail finally unwinds at a deserted complex in the remotest corner of the sprawling suburbs. The incredible secret they uncover there will alter their lives and their world forever.
About the Author
Jay Allan Storey was born in Victoria, BC, Canada. At the age of 19 he spent a year and a half traveling overland from London England to Australia, passing through many places in the news today, including Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and the Swat valley in Pakistan. Returning to Canada he worked at an amazing variety of jobs, from cab driver to land surveyor to accordion salesman, eventually settling down as a software developer for the web.
He finally set aside his technical background to concentrate on writing and music. He is the author of one novel, ELDORADO, one novella, CHOPPER MUSIC, and a number of short stories. He is currently working on a second novel, a second novella, and several smaller projects.
His stories always skirt close to the edge of believability (but hopefully never cross over). He is attracted to characters who are able to break out of their stereotypes (as Jackson Reilly does in CHOPPER MUSIC) and transform themselves.
He loves both reading and writing, and both listening to and playing music. He also enjoys cycling, traveling to exotic lands, and working with animals. He’s crazy for any sport activity relating to the water, including swimming, surfing, wind-surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
Jay is married and lives in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

If the past doesn’t kill you, the present will.
One of the unique qualities of the Gabriel’s World stories is that each features the same characters (NYC private investigator Gabriel Ross and his boyfriend, Joel McFadden) in a natural progression of personality and relationships, and each has a stand-alone theme and style: The Hanged Man was a dark conspiracy thriller concerning the price of doing the right thing. Two-Faced Woman was a slightly surreal, psychological take on duality in life, and what how far one must go to protect others. In The Book of Joel, the story is a departure from the focus on Gabriel’s cases—Joel’s life becomes the case for them.
For Joel, his initial success as an artist is shadowed by his need to confront his parents, who threw him out at age 15. Joel finds his mother is anxious to reconnect with him, but his father is still hostile. After discovering Joel’s father is involved in a corruption scheme, a shocking turn of events follows that reverses Gabriel and Joel’s roles. As they investigate further, they are pitted against a notorious New Jersey killer for hire. But perhaps more dangerously, they are also stalked by a former police detective–the man who first abused Joel–and who has a twisted endgame in mind.
In this story, the current investigation is intertwined with a continuing excursion into Joel’s history, capturing the ordeal of how the past and present can strengthen you–or break you. Joel might be moving past what’s haunted him lifelong, or he might be about to fatally collide with evil. The Book of Joel features the necessity of facing the past to overcome it.
The Book of Joel is the third book in the Gabriel’s World series. Gabriel’s World offers a compelling community of characters, in stories that explore the extremes and complexity of good and evil. The stories feature strong LGBT characters and mature, adult themes. NOTE: The Book of Joel contains adult content including violence, language, sexual situations, and sexual violence.
